The service provider is iML Marcin Litkie, ul. Sójka 6, 96-325 Kuklówka Radziejowicka, Poland.
The iML DESIGN trademark is the exclusive property of the agency.
Services are offered as outlined on www.litkie-services.com and in published pricing lists.
The Agency reserves the right to use completed work for marketing purposes without prior consent.
The offer is public and available to individuals and businesses.
The Agency reserves the right to update these Terms.
Use of services implies acceptance of these Terms and applicable legal regulations.
Copyright
Until intellectual property rights are transferred to the client, all designs remain the property of iML DESIGN.
Reproduction, distribution, or third-party sharing is prohibited and may result in legal consequences.
Transfer of rights must be arranged separately in accordance with applicable copyright law.
Privacy & Cookies
All personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and Polish law. We use cookies to enhance site functionality and personalize content.
Cookies help us analyze traffic, personalize services, and deliver tailored advertising.
By placing an order, the client consents to the use of their data for order fulfillment and marketing purposes.
Quotations
Estimates are provided within 7 days of inquiry.
Quotations include unit pricing, project cost, and estimated delivery.
If required files are missing, the design team will prepare them at the client’s expense.
Each project is individually priced depending on complexity.
All prices are net and subject to 23% VAT.
Quotations are valid for 14 days from issuance.
Order Acceptance
Orders must be submitted via a signed order form.
Orders are accepted via email or in person at the agency.
Work begins after approval of cost, timeline, and terms.
Design Approval
Client-supplied files must follow provided specifications.
Project timelines vary based on complexity.
Up to 3 revisions are included (e.g., font size, color, layout).
Major concept changes may incur extra costs.
Client must provide complete content for the design.
Flattened files will be delivered upon request; editable files are available at extra cost.
Displayed colors may differ from actual print.
The agency is not liable for errors in client-provided materials or post-approval mistakes.
Pricing & Copyrights
Project cost does not imply copyright transfer.
A separate agreement is needed to transfer rights for use across media.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation must be submitted in writing.
If a project is canceled post-approval, full design cost will be charged.
Once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible.
A VAT invoice will be issued upon order completion.
Uncollected orders after 14 business days will be invoiced.
Payments
Payment is due per invoice via bank transfer, cash, or card.
First three orders require advance payment.
Deferred payments may be requested after the fourth order.
Delayed payments will revoke deferred payment privileges.
Standard payment term is 7 days unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.
Production begins after prepayment is received.
Client agrees to receive invoices without signature.
Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing to: zwroty@litkie-services.com.
Must include date, issue description, photos, and order details.
Complaints must be filed within 3 days of receipt (except for hidden defects).
Processing time: up to 14 business days from receipt.
Minor deviations in print color or layout are not grounds for complaint.
No liability is accepted for errors post-approval or changes requested after approval.
Liability
The agency is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or external suppliers.
Not responsible for content errors, printing errors due to client files, or late submissions.
Client confirms ownership of submitted materials and is responsible for third-party copyright infringements.
Final Provisions
Placing an order implies acceptance of these Terms.
In matters not regulated herein, Polish Civil Code and consumer protection laws apply.
The Agency reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions.
